On Tuesday night, the Cleveland Cavaliers and Brooklyn Nets faced off in an Eastern Conference showdown. A lot is riding on this game as the Cavaliers are trying to keep their third seed. The Nets also happen to have first round pick this year so the Cavaliers want the Nets to have to worse record possible. If they do, it will help in greatly increasing their chances of getting a top pick in the draft. The game was a close one from the tip-off all the way to the final buzzer with the Cavaliers coming out on top. The final score was 129-123. LeBron lead the way for the Cavaliers with a triple double, which also made him the first person ever to score 30,000 points, 8,000 rebounds, and 8,000 assists. George Hill also put in 26 points including a pair of free throws that iced the game for the Cavaliers. D’Angelo Russell led the way for the Nets with 25 points and 6 assists.
