Northwestern Tops Wisconsin

The Northwestern Wildcat’s season has been very disappointing so far. In the preseason, they were ranked but have lost that spot. They haven’t seemed to find their groove and have been unable to click offensively as a team. The Wisconsin Badgers are in a similar rut with having a rank in the preseason but failing to meet the impact they wanted in the beginning of the season. The Northwestern Wildcats ending up taking down the Wisconsin Badgers in something I would call the “battle of the underwhelming” ending with a score of 60-52, Wildcats. Derek Pardon was the Wildcat’s leading scorer with seventeen points and three blocks, great effort on the offensive & defensive sides of the court. Ethan Happ had a nice game on the Badger’s side with fourteen points, four assists, and five rebounds. Northwestern is hoping for a run in the tournament and go on to win the entire Big Ten tournament.
