LeBron James, the Cleveland Cavalier’s famous small forward will become a free agent after this season. He has said that he is open to meeting with the Golden State Warriors and fans around the world have been furious that he would even consider leaving the Cavs. When Kevin Durant went to the Warriors the fans slowly diminished and the same thing happened to Kyrie when he left. If LeBron chooses to leave, the Cavs will have a hard time holding onto fans. Due to the All-Star Game not happening yet, Golden State has not said if they are willing to meet with James yet but there is plenty of time to decide. LeBron’s basketball legacy will be ruined if he leaves the Cavaliers according to some sport analysts. The salary cap for the Warriors has already been exceeded with eight players but if LeBron was to change sides, Klay Thompson would be traded to the Cavs and James would become a Golden State Warrior.
