Utah Takes Out Clippers

The Utah Jazz defeated the LA Clippers on Sunday Night with a score of 104-91. With the win the Jazz have eliminated the Clippers from the 2017 Playoffs. This is the fifth year in a row that the Clippers have been eliminated from the playoffs after blowing a lead. The first  quarter was a back and forth game and the score ended 24-24 at the end of the quarter. The Jazz then started the second quarter on a little run and took a 7-point lead into halftime. The Jazz continued their little run to start the third as they outscored the Clippers by 9 to take a 16 point advantage into the final quarter. The Clippers cut the lead down to 8 with a little over 3 minutes left, but went cold from the field after and ran out of time. The Jazz were led by Gordon Hayward, who had 26 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists. The Clippers were led by DeAndre Jordan, who had 24 points and 17 rebounds.
