Cleveland Comes Back Strong

The Cleveland Cavaliers had their first game since the All Star break on Thursday night. The Cavaliers defeated the New York Knicks with a score of 119-104. New York started the game hot and took an early 8 point lead over the Cavs. The Cavs fought back in the 1st and ended the quarter ahead of the Knicks by 1. Cleveland used a strong 2nd quarter to take an 18 point lead into halftime. New York slowly started to come back in the 2nd half, but the Cavs put a run together to put the Knicks away for the rest of the game. Cleveland was led by Lebron James, who had a triple double 18 points, 13 rebounds, and 15 assists. Kyrie also helped the Cavaliers with 23 points and 6 assists. The Knicks were led by Courtney Lee with 25 points and Carmelo Anthony with 20 points. The Knicks will now travel back home as they take on the 76ers and the Cavaliers will stay home and take on the Bulls.
