Patriots and Falcons Advance to Super Bowl

On Sunday, January 22, the final four NFL teams faced off to secure a spot in the 2017 Super Bowl. The Green Bay Packers faced the Atlanta Falcons in one of the most one-sided games in NFC Championship history. The Atlanta Falcons crushed the Packers 44-21. Matt Ryan was 27-38 throwing for 392 yards and four touchdowns. The New England Patriots played against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC Championship, in which the Patriots secured a huge win. The New England Patriots won 36-17, with QB Tom Brady 32-42 throwing for 384 yards and three touchdowns. Fans will be waiting awhile to see the Falcons and the Patriots face off, as the Super Bowl will not take place until February 5th. Luckily, fans can look forward to the Pro Bowl, which takes place on Sunday, January 29th. At the Pro Bowl, America will vote on the best players from the AFC and NFC, which will undoubtedly be an exciting night for all viewers.
