Transformers have become a thing of the present. BMW has pooled the resources of twelve engineers and four technicians, who have worked eleven months to create a real-life transformer. This unique creation takes thirty seconds to go from a normal looking car to a robot. The cost of creating this was immense, and the starting bid for this robot is $600,000.  This car is not cleared to go on the roads according to the government. It is fully controlled by remote control and has a top speed of only 12.4 miles per hour. While in robot form, the robot can only move its arms, fingers, and head. The creators are looking for private investors to move along their idea for a smaller and more affordable version of the robot. It will be amazing to see how far the technology is able to progress as the scientists continue to perfect the robots. Be sure to follow the story to find out how much the robot finally sells for.
