Hillary Clinton claims that Bernie Sanders’s ‘Medicare for All’ plan is too expensive and is too much for the government to handle. Sanders’s defense for this is saying that Clinton is worried because he is leading her in the polls in two states. The two are the leading democratic candidates for the 2016 primary. The difference is Sanders thinks that raising taxes would help run the Medicare for All program, which is cheaper than what Americans are currently spending on insurance. Clinton is pointing out that Republicans are constructing a more modest government funded coverage under the current system,¬†Obamacare. Sanders believes that Clinton is only a hypocrite for saying what is right about healthcare.
